3. Affiliate Commission Bonuses (Higher Revenue Share)
   • 1st Place:
     50% Total Revenue Share at ReeferPoker for 90 days, starting March 1, 2008
   • 2nd Place:
     45% Total Revenue Share at ReeferPoker for 90 days, starting March 1, 2008
   • 3rd Place:
     40% Total Revenue Share at Walker Poker for 90 days, starting March 1, 2008
4. CanAffco Added Travel Voucher
   • 1st place will receive a $250 Voucher for use on Affiliate Air

***Full Terms and Conditions***

1. All CanAffco Affiliate Poker Tour (CAPT) participants must have a single and unique user account at ReeferPoker.
2. Participants will then visit the CAPT website to pre-register the tournament. Participants will be required to supply specific ReeferPoker Account and Contact Information.
3. Pre-Registration on CAPT will open on Friday, February 15th, 2008. Pre-Registration on CAPT will close on Monday, March 10th, 2008 at 7 pm Eastern / Midnight GMT
4. CAPT will supply a comprehensive list of all pre-registrants to ReeferPoker. ReeferPoker will then perform restricted list entry access for only those players.
5. Participants in the CAPT Event will be required to register themselves via the ReeferPoker tournament lobby. Only those players who have officially pre-registered via the CAPT website will be eligible to play.
6. The CAPT Event will take place on Wednesday, March 12th, 2008, at 8 pm ET / 1 am GMT ( March 13th).
7. Members who have pre-registered with valid ReeferPoker player account information will be eligible to register for the CAPT Event by selecting "Register" from the event’s Tournament Lobby on ReeferPoker.
8. The tournament format will be No Limit Texas Holdem. Actual registration for this event will open on Tuesday, March 11th, 6 pm GMT/1 pm EST, and will close 5 minutes before the start of the tournament.
9. All cash prize payouts will be administered by ReeferPoker and credited directly to the winning members ReeferPoker accounts.
10. Cash Added Private Events will be executed by ReeferPoker. CAPT will email winning affiliate regarding their respective private tournaments for set up.
11. Winning affiliate private events will be set up by each affiliate, and must run on or before April 30, 2008.
